Role Overview

As an Autonomous Agent Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating intelligent DeFi agents that can understand user intents, navigate protocols, and execute optimal strategies. You'll work on developing sophisticated agents that can handle complex financial operations while ensuring security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents capable of executing complex DeFi strategies
• Develop agent frameworks that can interpret user intents and translate them into actionable steps
• Create simulation environments for testing and optimizing agent behavior
• Implement safety mechanisms and fail-safes for autonomous operations
• Integrate agents with various DeFi protocols and cross-chain infrastructure
• Optimize agent performance for gas efficiency and execution speed
• Collaborate with the AI and blockchain teams to enhance agent capabilities
• Document agent architectures and maintain development standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with focus on AI/ML systems
• Strong background in reinforcement learning and autonomous systems
• Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain technology
• Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity)
• Experience with agent-based systems and multi-agent architectures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent coding practices and documentation habits

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi protocol integration
• Knowledge of MEV and optimal execution strategies
• Background in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading
• Familiarity with cross-chain bridges and protocols
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with simulation and testing frameworks
