Role Overview

As a DeFi Strategist & Intent Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the frameworks that translate user intents into optimal DeFi strategies. You'll work at the intersection of product, technology, and finance to create innovative solutions that make DeFi more accessible and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document intent frameworks that capture user goals and translate them into executable DeFi strategies
• Create comprehensive strategy templates for common DeFi use cases
• Develop optimization criteria for strategy execution across protocols and chains
• Work with the AI team to enhance intent recognition and translation capabilities
• Analyze protocol integrations and recommend optimal execution paths
• Design risk management frameworks for automated strategy execution
• Create documentation and educational content about DeFi strategies
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new features

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in DeFi/crypto strategy or product development
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and their mechanics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial modeling and strategy optimization
• Understanding of smart contract systems and blockchain technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple terms
• Track record of successful product or strategy development

Nice to Have

• Experience with intent-driven systems or natural language processing
• Background in product management or system architecture
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications in finance
• Experience with cross-chain DeFi operations
• Understanding of MEV and optimal execution strategies
• Contributions to DeFi research or protocol design
