Role Overview

As DevOps & Infrastructure Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers DeFiMatrix's platform. You'll ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and highly available while supporting rapid development and deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for AI and blockchain systems
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts and applications
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems for cross-chain operations
• Implement security best practices and incident response procedures
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization
• Manage cloud costs and infrastructure efficiency
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash)

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain node operations
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and infrastructure
• Background in high-availability systems
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
• Security certifications
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures
