Role Overview
As Finance & Treasury Manager, you'll be responsible for managing DeFiMatrix's financial operations and treasury strategies across both traditional and decentralized finance. You'll work at the intersection of TradFi and DeFi to optimize our financial position and ensure robust treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treasury management strategies for crypto and fiat assets
- Manage liquidity across multiple chains and protocols
- Create financial models and forecasts for business operations
- Implement risk management strategies for treasury operations
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance procedures
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial service providers
- Design and implement treasury automation systems
- Monitor and optimize protocol treasury operations
- Develop financial policies and procedures
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in finance or treasury management
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and crypto treasury management
- Experience with financial modeling and risk assessment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in crypto/fintech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Understanding of cross-chain financial operations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have
- CFA, CPA, or relevant financial certifications
- Experience with DAO treasury management
- Knowledge of smart contract systems
- Background in traditional banking or financial services
- Experience with financial automation tools
- Understanding of tokenomics and crypto economics
