Role Overview

As Growth Hacker & Web3 Marketer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative growth strategies across Web3 channels. You'll combine traditional growth marketing techniques with crypto-native approaches to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies for the DeFi ecosystem
• Create and optimize user acquisition funnels across Web3 platforms
• Develop and manage community-driven marketing campaigns
• Implement data-driven A/B testing and optimization strategies
• Coordinate with influencers and thought leaders in the crypto space
• Manage social media presence across crypto-native platforms
• Create engaging content for Web3 audiences
• Track and analyze key growth metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with product teams on user retention strategies
• Develop and execute token-gated marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in Web3/crypto
• Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystem and user behavior
• Experience with Web3 marketing tools and platforms
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition
• Data-driven approach to marketing optimization
• Experience with community-led growth strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and content creation abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with token-incentivized growth programs
• Knowledge of tokenomics and incentive design
• Background in traditional growth marketing
• Understanding of blockchain technology
• Experience with DAO marketing
• Familiarity with AI/ML marketing tools
• Multi-language capabilities
