Role Overview

As Head of Community & DAO Relations, you'll lead our community engagement strategy and build strong relationships with DAOs and protocol partners. You'll be responsible for growing and nurturing our community while establishing DeFiMatrix as a key player in the DeFi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key DAOs and protocols
• Create and manage community programs and initiatives
• Oversee community channels across Discord, Telegram, and other platforms
• Design and implement governance participation strategies
• Coordinate cross-DAO collaborations and partnerships
• Organize community events and educational programs
• Manage community moderator team
• Create community content and educational materials
• Drive protocol integration discussions with DAO partners

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of community management experience in Web3
• Strong understanding of DAO governance and operations
• Experience building and scaling online communities
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and ecosystem
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with community tools and platforms
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Understanding of tokenomics and incentive mechanisms

Nice to Have

• Experience with DAO governance frameworks
• Multi-language capabilities
• Background in DeFi protocol operations
• Experience with token-gated communities
• Knowledge of community analytics tools
• Understanding of smart contract systems
• Experience with community-driven product development
