Role Overview

As Head of Product (AI x DeFi), you'll lead the product strategy and development of our innovative platform that combines AI and DeFi. You'll work at the cutting edge of both fields, creating products that make complex DeFi operations accessible through natural language and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy
• Lead the development of our AI-powered DeFi platform
• Drive product roadmap and prioritization
• Oversee the design and implementation of new features
• Coordinate between AI, blockchain, and frontend teams
• Develop product metrics and analytics frameworks
• Guide user research and feedback integration
• Manage the product development lifecycle
• Create detailed product specifications and documentation
• Drive innovation in AI x DeFi product development

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Strong background in DeFi/crypto products
• Experience with AI/ML product development
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology
• Track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Technical background in AI or blockchain
• Experience with natural language processing
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and mechanisms
• Background in financial products
• Understanding of tokenomics
• Experience with DAO governance
• Research or academic background in AI/ML
