Role Overview

As an On-Chain Risk Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks for DeFi operations. You'll work on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across multiple protocols and chains while ensuring the security of automated operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive risk assessment frameworks for DeFi operations
• Monitor and analyze on-chain activities for potential risks
• Create risk models for protocol integrations and cross-chain operations
• Implement real-time risk monitoring systems
• Analyze smart contract vulnerabilities and attack vectors
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for automated operations
• Create risk reports and documentation
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams
• Monitor protocol health and liquidity metrics
• Design circuit breakers and safety mechanisms

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in risk analysis or related field
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and mechanisms
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools
• Knowledge of smart contract security
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Understanding of financial risk management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with MEV and front-running analysis
• Knowledge of cross-chain security
• Background in quantitative finance
• Experience with AI/ML risk models
• Understanding of game theory
• Familiarity with formal verification
• Experience with DeFi protocol audits
