Role Overview

As Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships across the DeFi ecosystem. You'll work on expanding DeFiMatrix's protocol integrations, establishing key partnerships, and growing our ecosystem of collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
• Manage relationships with DeFi protocols and projects
• Drive protocol integration discussions and negotiations
• Develop and execute ecosystem growth strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams on integration requirements
• Create and maintain partnership documentation
• Represent DeFiMatrix at industry events and conferences
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi space
• Monitor ecosystem trends and opportunities
• Drive collaborative initiatives and joint ventures

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of business development or partnership management
• Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem
• Experience with protocol partnerships and integrations
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with partnership lifecycle management
• Track record of successful partnerships

Nice to Have

• Technical background in blockchain/DeFi
• Experience with DAO partnerships
• Knowledge of tokenomics and incentive design
• Background in financial services
• Multi-language capabilities
• Experience with developer relations
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies
