Role Overview

As People & Culture Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering an inclusive and innovative culture. You'll work on building a strong organizational foundation that supports our rapid growth and remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs
• Create and maintain company culture initiatives
• Implement performance management systems
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Manage remote-first workplace policies
• Develop professional growth and learning programs
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Build and maintain HR processes and documentation
• Lead onboarding and team integration efforts

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of HR/People Operations experience
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and retention
• Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
• Experience with remote-first organizations
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with HR tools and platforms
• Track record of building inclusive cultures
• Understanding of startup environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in Web3/crypto companies
• Knowledge of DAO structures and governance
• Background in tech industry HR
• Multi-language capabilities
• Experience with rapid scaling
• Certifications in HR management
• Experience with global workforce management
