Role Overview

As Solver Network Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our network of autonomous solvers that execute DeFi operations. You'll work on coordinating solver activities, improving efficiency, and ensuring reliable execution of user intents across the DeFi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize solver network operations
• Monitor solver performance and execution metrics
• Develop strategies for solver coordination and competition
• Implement solver incentive mechanisms
• Analyze solver efficiency and success rates
• Create documentation for solver integration
• Collaborate with AI teams on solver optimization
• Manage solver network upgrades and maintenance
• Design testing frameworks for solver validation
• Monitor and report on network health

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in distributed systems
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols
• Experience with network coordination
• Knowledge of incentive mechanisms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performance optimization
• Understanding of MEV and trading strategies
• Excellent project management abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML systems
• Knowledge of game theory
• Background in market making
• Understanding of cross-chain operations
• Experience with DAO coordination
• Knowledge of tokenomics
• Programming experience
