Role Overview

As Tokenomics & Incentive Designer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the economic models that power our platform. You'll work on creating innovative token mechanisms and incentive structures that align stakeholder interests and drive platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement token economic models
• Create incentive mechanisms for protocol participants
• Develop reward structures for solver networks
• Model token distribution and vesting schedules
• Analyze token metrics and economic indicators
• Design governance mechanisms and voting systems
• Create simulations for economic models
• Monitor and optimize protocol incentives
• Collaborate with teams on economic integration
• Research and implement novel tokenomic designs

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in economic design
• Strong background in tokenomics and DeFi
• Experience with incentive mechanism design
• Knowledge of game theory and mechanism design
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Understanding of blockchain economics
• Experience with economic simulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with DAO economics
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in economics
• Background in traditional finance
• Experience with market making
• Understanding of MEV economics
• Research publications in tokenomics
• Programming experience
