Role Overview

As a UX-UI Designer with crypto experience, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that make DeFi accessible and intuitive. You'll work on designing interfaces that simplify complex operations and make our platform welcoming to both crypto-native and mainstream users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for DeFi operations
• Create responsive and accessible UI components
• Develop and maintain design system
• Craft user flows and interaction patterns
• Design natural language interfaces
• Create visual assets and illustrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Conduct design reviews and iterations
• Implement user feedback and research findings
• Create prototypes and design documentation
• Ensure consistent brand experience
• Optimize designs for multiple platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of UX-UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of digital product design
• Experience with crypto/DeFi products
• Proficiency in modern design tools
• Understanding of design systems
• Knowledge of user-centered design
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience with interaction design

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web3 wallets and dApps
• Knowledge of motion design
• Background in financial interfaces
• Experience with AI/ML interfaces
• Understanding of accessibility standards
• Prototyping and animation skills
• Experience with user research
